Elizabeth is so calming & welcoming. I had the Self Care Sunday package, it was so relaxing! The scent of the products used, all natural & holistic. Personalised touches to a tee, heated eye mask, head wrap🤩 I also got a gift package with some insane products. Worth every penny, thank you! 🫶🏼

Where do I even start?!
Lizzie is truly one of the kindest, loveliest souls you’ll ever meet. From the moment I met her, she’s been so supportive of me and my new business location so of course, I couldn’t not try her new venture… and oh my goodness, I’m so glad I did!

I had my little boy 10 months ago, and as any new mum will understand, self-care has taken a bit of a back seat. But I finally decided it was time to do something just for me, and this treatment was exactly what I needed. I honestly didn’t realise how much I’d been craving that feeling of being truly looked after.

From the second you walk in, the room wraps around you with the most calming, beautiful scent. Lizzie takes so much care in talking through every product she uses, personalising everything to suit you and your needs it’s not just a treatment, it’s an experience.

The heated eye mask? Incredible. Such a thoughtful touch. And the head spa itself? Honestly, it was divine. I didn’t want to leave I could’ve happily stayed and drifted off to sleep right there. Total heaven.

Lizzie is a natural therapist so intuitive, warm, and calming. You instantly feel safe, seen, and relaxed in her presence. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.

Lizzie made sure she accommodated to me, made me feel comfortable, talked me through everything and just overall was the most loveliest person I ever had the pleasure of meeting! I hope her business flourishes :) Everyone definitely go support. She uses natural products, every step she did from the massaging to the tools she used felt intentional and satisfying. Every action she did was done with love and she is truly someone you can trust to help you relax. Everything was splendid. An enjoyable experience, I will be returning
